Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a VIP Account Executive (German Speaking) to join our clients team in Lija, Malta (Hybrid).
Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of VIP users to retain and increase their value through personalized engagement.
Build strong 1-to-1 relationships, offering tailor-made experiences and exclusive offers.
Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify patterns and trends, ensuring optimal performance.
Coordinate with the CRM team to deliver relevant and timely communications to VIP clients.
Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive advantage.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in iGaming Customer Support or at least 1 year in a VIP-related role.
Fluency in German (written and spoken) and excellent communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a client-focused approach.
Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced iGaming environment.
