Part-Time Accountant
Manpower is seeking to recruit a Part-Time Accountant to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of bookkeeping and administrative tasks, ensuring accurate financial records and efficient office operations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with experience in accounting and proficiency in Sage 50 Accounts software.
Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping:
- Post vendor bills accurately.
- Update and expense prepayments.
- Perform credit control functions, including generating aged debtor reports, issuing statements, and following up with clients for payments.
- Update and reconcile VISA payments and petty cash accounts.
- Post travel expenses.
- Generate financial reports as requested by directors.
- Assist during audits.
- Maintain organized filing systems.
- Handle additional tasks as they arise.
Administrative Tasks:
- Conduct minimal stock control and inventory activities.
- Scan documents and maintain both digital and physical records
- Order office supplies as needed.
- Arrange taxi bookings when required.
- Undertake other administrative duties as necessary.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience under the supervision of a CPA.
- Current ACCA student nearing completion.
- Proficiency in Sage 50 Accounts software will be considered a plus.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.

Work Schedule:
- 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- On-site work; remote work is not available.
