Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. With a diverse portfolio of entertainment venues and leisure offerings, the Group is at the forefront of delivering exceptional experiences to our customers. Reporting to the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels to promote our diverse range of products and services. You will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility, driving customer engagement, and contributing to the overall success of the Group.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape.
  • Manage and enhance the overall brand image and identity of the Group and all the brands associated with the company.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials.
  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness and traffic to our outlets and services.
  • Manage the marketing team and ensure the creation of compelling content and visuals.
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and website management.
  • Monitor and analyse digital marketing metrics to optimize performance.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts to promote events hosted by the various brands of the Group
  • Work closely with event organizers and internal teams to ensure effective promotion and audience engagement.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with media outlets and influencers.
  • Manage public relations activities, including press releases and media coverage.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.


Qualifications, Experience and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
  • Experience in leading a team as well as being a hands-on leader.
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
  • Ability to operate with multiple priorities and to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
