Market Research: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to stay ahead of the curve and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of services.
Pipeline Management: Maintain and update a sales pipeline, tracking all sales activities and providing accurate forecasts to management.
Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and targets set by the company.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain thorough and accurate records of all sales activities, including contact information, sales calls, and opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Business).
Proven track record in IT services sales and a deep understanding of IT solutions.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Can communicate effectively in English and Maltese
Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to engage in cold calling and prospecting.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
