HVAC Technician

Manpower is currently looking to recruit a Marine HVAC Technician to form part of their Marine team on a full-time basis. The company specialises in the installation, maintenance and repairs of various marine mechanical equipment, mainly air conditioning, refrigeration, water makers, pumps and sanitation systems.

The post is for responsible persons to carry out repairs, servicing and maintenance on air-conditioning and refrigeration systems.

The ideal candidate should:

• Have a City and Guilds Air Conditioning and Refrigeration certificate
• Possess troubleshooting skills
• Be proficient in brazing techniques
• Have a smart appearance
• Be motivated and able to work on own initiative
• Be able to work in a team environment
• Have 1-3 years work experience
• Have a clean driving license
• Must have a valid Maltese work permit

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge and experience in the service field
• Preferably MQF Level 5 Diploma or MQF Level 4 Certificate in Electrical subjects
• Good written and oral proficiency in English
• Remuneration package will be commensurate with the right experience
• Having Licence A will be considered as an asset.
