Senior Facilities Manager
On Behalf of our client, Manpower is seeking to recruit a Senior Facilities Manager.
About the Role:
As Senior Manager - Facilities, your tasks will include:
- Planning demand for goods/services, monitoring budget expenditure, and identifying cost optimization opportunities.
- Identifying service level requirements, sourcing strategies, and vendor selection criteria.
- Ensuring optimal and consistent employee experience across the company's facilities.
- Managing preventive maintenance schedules for asset preservation and incident resolution.
- Establishing Health & Safety policies, handling incident reports, and resolving H&S issues.
- Overseeing preventative maintenance of equipment and systems, including supervision of cleaning and maintenance activities across all facilities.
About You:
The company is seeking a Senior Manager - Facilities with high personal and professional integrity, capable of earning respect when making difficult decisions.
This role requires a minimum of a diploma qualification (MQF Level 5) or higher in Business Management or a relevant field recognized by the Malta Qualifications Recognition Information Centre (MQRIC), along with at least three (3) years of relevant work experience in facilities management.
