Policy Operations Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and issuing of policy documentation; mainly personal lines classes; group health and group life
  • Processing of endorsements, declarations, invoicing, amendments and cancellations;
  • Assist the Policy Operations Team with the pre-renewal/renewal process;
  • Assist Supervisor and colleagues with any work as required and any office related tasks as required

  • Training will be given however the right candidate should be able to work within a team and with minimum supervision
