Senior Recruiter
Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit an energetic, target-driven Senior Recruiter. We are looking for someone who is a sales-orientated people person to join our team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Posting job ads on public job boards to attract talent
- Conducting talent searches using various reliable recruiting and selection tools and methods
- Assisting with mentoring and training junior recruiters
- Consistent in meeting monthly targets
- Developing new business in Malta and the Balkan region
- Managing new client accounts
- Management of the full recruitment cycle
- Interviewing candidates and assessing their relevant skills according to the job
- Writing up proposals and submitting applications
- Scheduling of interviews
- Being consistently responsive to clients and candidates
- Following up throughout the recruitment process with both the clients and the candidates
- Design and implementation of personal overall recruiting strategy with guidance from upper management
- Updating data on the system relevant to client accounts owned by you
- Attending to client and candidate queries daily
- Preparation of promotional material for job ads on social media
- Act as point of contact between candidates and clients
- Build and maintain fruitful relationships with clients and candidates
- Work together along with the rest of the team to achieve individual and organisational goals
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a recruiter within an agency
- Proven experience meeting and exceeding targets
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent level of spoken and written English and ability to speak another language to enter international markets, Balkan regional language preferred
- People's person with a bubbly, energetic personality
- Computer literacy and proficient user of Outlook, Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Willingness to learn and achieve high targets
