Part time Personal Assistant / Admin ( 6 months Maternity Cover )

Manpower Malta is seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Personal Assistant/Admin to join our client's legal firm in Valletta. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing schedules, appointments, and meetings
  • Handling correspondence and communications
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records
  • Assisting with legal documentation and case preparations
  • Coordinating office activities and events
  • Performing general office duties, such as answering phones and ordering supplies

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or personal assistant role, preferably in a legal setting
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Discretion and confidentiality
