Manpower Malta is seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Personal Assistant/Admin to join our client's legal firm in Valletta. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. Responsibilities include:
- Managing schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Handling correspondence and communications
- Organizing and maintaining files and records
- Assisting with legal documentation and case preparations
- Coordinating office activities and events
- Performing general office duties, such as answering phones and ordering supplies
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or personal assistant role, preferably in a legal setting
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Discretion and confidentiality
