Software Implementation Consultant
Manpower is seeking to recruit a Software Implementation Consultant for our Client.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
- Implement and support HR or similar solutions (e.g., ERP) tailored to client specifications.
- Conduct thorough business analysis to ensure optimal solution implementation.
- Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders, showcasing project progress and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and ongoing support.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools proficiently for project documentation, communication, and presentations.
- Maintain an organized, pleasant, and professional demeanor in all interactions.
Job Requirements
Experience:
- Proven experience in business analysis, specifically in implementing and supporting HR or similar solutions (e.g., ERP).
Skills:
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with clients and team members.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Language:
- Excellent written and spoken English. Proficiency in spoken Maltese is an advantage but not mandatory.
Disposition:
- Organized, pleasant, and professional demeanour.
Qualifications:
- A Business- or IT-related degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Relevant certifications are advantageous.
