HR Executive
Job Summary
Manpower is looking for a Human Resources Executive to join our client's team. The selected candidate will be responsible for all general administration duties as well as assisting the Human Resources department in the daily routine tasks. Hence, the suitable person needs to be self-motivated, efficient, and confident to be able to administer and coordinate the various duties.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a complete log of the assigned tasks to ensure contingency and consistency.
- Organize and maintain online personnel records.
- Handle all administration duties.
- Handle online payroll T&A.
- Answer employees queries about HR-related issues.
- Assist with the employee onboarding and termination process.
- Replies to emails in a timely manner, both internal and external.
- Ensure that all standard operating procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Assist with any necessary preparation for in-house training programs.
- Demonstrate understanding and awareness of all policies and procedures relating to Health, Hygiene and Fire Safety.
- Assist in the coordination of company/unit events and encourage staff participation.
- Ensure a safe environment for all employees.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality or operations.
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communications skills.
- Fluent in both the Maltese and the English languages.
- Proficient computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Smart, mature, and of professional disposition.
- Capable to work on own initiative and flexible hours.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of the Maltese Employment Law.
- Experience with HR Management systems will be considered an asset.
