DMS (Autoline) Specialist

On Behalf of our client, Manpower is seeking to recruit a DMS (Autoline) Specialist.

The Role

• Liaise with internal stakeholders in order to define the requirements and business solutions.
• Analyse information processing needs ensuing from the business requirements using structured analysis, data modelling and information engineering.
• Expand, modify or develop new systems in order to address business requirements.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve system problems.
• Assist in the integration and testing of new solutions.
• Document faults, and escalate to third level support where necessary.
• Liaise with end - users post implementation to provide support and ensure good business continuity processes.
• Compile any necessary documentation.

Requirements

• A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or relevant fields
• A minimum of 2 years hands-on experience working with Autoline
• Software Development knowledge
• A good customer service approach.
• Meticulous and follows a proactive approach.
• Good communications skills and the ability to adjust communication depending on the level off IT competence of the user.
