CUSTOMER RELATIONS ASSISTANT
For consideration for this position, the ideal candidate must have demonstrated experience in customer service, coupled with comprehensive knowledge of current industry trends and techniques. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), effective time management, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate multitasking abilities, assertiveness, a calm demeanor, and effective conflict resolution skills.
- Follow up with clients after appointments to gather feedback on service provided.
- Address client concerns or requests by coordinating with the appropriate departments.
- Log complaints in the system and take necessary actions promptly.
- Prepare and submit customer feedback reports.
- Share customer feedback with the aftersales team on a monthly basis.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Attend required training sessions.
