LEASING MANAGER
The Leasing Manager oversees all aspects of the leasing operation and ensures the department runs smoothly.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager on overall company operations.
- Drive business development efforts, focusing on leasing, rental, and secondhand showroom operations.
- Foster and maintain excellent customer relationships, addressing vehicle-related inquiries and ensuring customer needs are met throughout the sales and after-sales processes.
- Address and resolve complaints related to sales and after-sales departments according to company standards.
- Support the General Manager in budgeting, business planning, marketing strategies, sales reporting, vehicle ordering, and ad hoc reporting as needed.
- Initiate marketing activities in collaboration with other companies or independently.
- Undertake additional tasks assigned by senior management as required.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- A-level standard of education.
- Essential sales experience, ideally a minimum of 2 years in the automotive sector.
