Legal Manager
Manpower is seeking to recruit a Legal Manager who will be reporting directly to our Head of Risk and Compliance, you will be liaising with the bank's legal firms and providing internal support and assistance on any of the Bank's legal matters.
Duties and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Assisting with Company Secretarial duties.
- Minute taking of Board and other Committee meetings.
- Following up on pending legal cases.
- Regular reviewing of the Banks product Terms and Conditions and other agreements.
- Liaising with external legal firms and Regulatory Authorities as required.
- Assisting the Data Protection Officer on any legal matters.
Skills and Requirements
- An LLD qualification and legal warrant.
- 2 years post-graduate legal experience, preferably within the Financial Services.
- An excellent command of the English and Maltese languages (both written and verbal).
- Strong analytical skills.
- The ability to work independently and autonomously.
