Manpower is seeking to recruit a Manager International Business Supply Chain. We are in search of a forward-thinking and highly strategic individual who will be responsible for connecting the dots between our diverse range of companies, markets, and brands. This role aims to leverage synergies, optimise cross-company product opportunities, and spearhead export initiatives.
Occasionally, you may be called upon to participate in our retail operations team.
1. Strategic Synergies: Identify and facilitate product opportunities that can be effectively leveraged across different companies within our group.
2. Export Opportunities: Explore, develop, and capitalise on opportunities to sell our products to different markets internationally.
3. Cross-Company Collaboration: Work closely with brand managers, sales, purchasing, and marketing teams across the Group to drive brand consistency and maximise sales potentials.
4. Market Analysis: Regularly monitor market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape to suggest strategic directions and product introductions across the group.
5. Retail Assistance: While not the primary focus, you will be required to occasionally support our retail operations team in various capacities, ensuring a seamless brand experience for our customers and partners.
6. Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular insights and reports on potential brand integrations, sales opportunities, and market trends that can benefit the group at large.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. A Bachelors degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field; A Masters degree will be considered an asset.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience within the FMCG industry.
3. Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in French and/or Arabic being a strong advantage.
4. Analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in cross-functional collaboration.
6. Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Strong project management, budget management, and negotiation skills.
8. Proficiency in using modern business tools and software for analysis and reporting.
