Customer Support Officer (German & English Speaking)

Overview:

The Customer Service Officer is responsible for processing sales, loans, onboarding clients and reviewing documents for our client's loan portfolio. Your role will be in customer service with many opportunities to develop your career in other areas of our business. You will engage with customers via phone/email and ensure the best customer service protocols are provided. You should be fluent in the German language.


Responsibilities:

  • Assisting/advising clients in completing their loan applications.
  • Assisting customers with their loan repayment plans.
  • Responding to all questions and concerns via phone, chat, SMS or email.
  • You will focus on improving the overall customer experience and promoting other potential products within the company.
  • Most importantly, we put the customer at the center of everything we do.

Requirements:

  • Passionate about helping people and making customers feel important and special.
  • Fluent written and spoken expression in German and English.
  • Previous sales or customer facing experience in any industry would be an advantage.
  • You are focused and goal oriented, competitive and committed to providing excellent customer service.
  • You enjoy working in an international company with many different cultures around you.
  • You have already gained experience in the area of ​​sales/customer support by telephone or directly.
  • You reside in Malta or are willing to relocate to Malta - relocation assistance is provided.
