HR Business Partner Lead
On behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit an HR Business Partner Lead. The successful candidate will support a portfolio of business units, acting as a strategic people partner while delivering practical HR solutions that align with organisational goals and foster a high-performance culture.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end HR partnership and support across assigned business units, covering workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, performance development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Partner with managers and business leaders to provide guidance on people management, leadership effectiveness, and complex employee matters.
- Work collaboratively with the wider HR team to ensure consistency of HR practices and contribute to cross-functional initiatives and projects.
- Analyse workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends, mitigate risks, and support informed decision-making.
- Promote the use of technology, automation, and digital HR tools to improve efficiency and enhance the employee experience.
- Support organisational change initiatives and drive continuous improvement across HR processes and practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor, or similar role.
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Previous experience leading, coaching, or supervising HR professionals.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships.
- Able to work independently while managing multiple priorities across different business functions.
- Strong understanding of HR systems and technology, with an interest in AI-driven and data-led HR solutions.
- Commercially minded with the ability to balance business objectives and employee needs.
