Responsible Gaming Specialist

Manpower is seeking to recruit a proactive and detail-oriented Responsible Gaming Specialist to join our client's growing Compliance team. In this vital role, you will help protect players and ensure the successful implementation of our Responsible Gaming (RG) framework.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible Gaming Operations:

  • Support the implementation of the Responsible Gaming framework in line with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Assist in the maintenance of Responsible Gaming policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Promote responsible gaming awareness and best practices across operational teams

2. Player Monitoring and Case Management:

  • Conduct daily customer account reviews and ongoing monitoring to identify Responsible Gaming concerns.
  • Manage cases in accordance with Responsible Gaming policies and protocols.

3. Training and Awareness Support:

  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of internal Responsible Gaming training and awareness.
  • Provide operations with Responsible Gaming guidance and any necessary resources.

4. Industry Research and Compliance Support:

  • Stay informed on Responsible Gaming trends, regulatory updates, and industry best practices.
  • Contribute to internal reporting and provide data to support continuous improvement.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to ensure the effective application of Responsible Gaming measures.

6. Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of Responsible Gaming cases.
  • Provide internal reports and analysis for management as required.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a Responsible Gaming, Compliance, or Customer Risk role within the iGaming sector is essential.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Industry-relevant certifications are advantageous.


Skills and Competencies:

  • Solid understanding of Responsible Gaming principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within structured frameworks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, positive, and collaborative mindset.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in a regulated, fast-paced environment.
