HR Executive
Overview
Manpower is seeking to recruit an HR Executive to join our client's team. The successful candidate will lead key HR functions to attract, onboard, develop, and retain top talent. This role involves managing the recruitment process, facilitating effective onboarding, enhancing employee engagement, and implementing professional growth initiatives that reinforce the company's culture and values.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and post job profiles; update and maintain job descriptions.
- Manage job postings and coordinate with recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Prepare and conduct engaging orientation sessions.
- Address onboarding inquiries and foster employee engagement.
- Manage offboarding processes, including final paperwork.
- Organize and track training programs, perform needs analysis, and manage funding applications.
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Ensure the issuance and maintenance of skills cards.
- Identify and track performance goals, coordinate reviews, and assist managers with performance improvement plans.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of performance management systems.
- Conduct annual employee feedback surveys and recommend areas for improvement.
- Plan and support HR-related social and team-building events.
- Oversee employee relations and contribute to fostering a positive workplace environment.
- Draft employment contracts, addendums, and assist with permits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Support Health and Safety administration and compliance efforts.
- Enhance HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
- Generate and analyze HR metrics to support data-driven decisions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR functions, including recruitment, training, and employee engagement.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards.

- Type of Contract: Indefinite
- Salary: Depending on experience
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday - to start either at 7:30/8/8.30 or 9 am
- Work Setting: Hybrid - Mainly office-based but 2 times a month will be remote
- Candidate location: Must be already living in Malta
