We are seeking a dedicated Senior IT Officer to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems, assisting end-users with technical issues, and implementing cloud-based solutions to enhance overall efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues from time to time.
Support end-users in onboarding and offboarding processes, including account provisioning and access management.
Provide second-level technical support for cloud-based applications and services used across the organization.
Collaborate with the IT team to monitor and manage cloud infrastructure performance, security, and availability.
Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of cloud environments for various projects.
Implement best practices for cloud security, data protection, and disaster recovery.
Administer and manage Atlassian Jira and Confluence products, ensuring they are optimized to meet the needs of project management, team collaboration, and documentation processes.
Administer and manage Microsoft products such as Purview, Intune, and Exchange, ensuring proper configuration, compliance, and integration with other enterprise systems.
Stay up to date with the latest technologies to recommend improvements and optimizations.
Develop and maintain clear documentation.

Education and Experience:
The ideal candidate would possess at least 4-5 years of IT support experience with a strong focus on cloud computing (AWS, Azure and/or Oracle Cloud).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,Information Technology, or related field.
Relevant certifications in cloud computing (e.g.,AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator) area plus. Experience within a Credit Institution or within the broader Financial Services industry would be an asset
