Sales & Operations Coordinator - Spanish or Portuguese speaking
Overview
Manpower seeks to recruit a motivated Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our client's team.
Job Responsibilities:
- To
manage all tasks involved in achieving and exceeding the company's business targets.
- To
maximize revenue opportunities by driving sales leads and increasing conversions whilst maintaining customer satisfaction.

To assist in attaining sales goals.
- To
service all customer enquiries effectively, and Groups as directed.
- To
maintain contact with current customers to secure sales.
- To
assist in the preparation of sales proposals, reports and research.
- To
maintain a customers database.
- To
assist in the development of market segments.
- To
assist in the implementation of marketing communication activities.
- To
provide support during familiarization or incentive visits by tour
operators/agents.
- To
assist in the servicing of customer complaints.
- To
report on a regular basis on activities undertaken.
- To
assist with administrative duties as required.
- To
participate in Sales Promotion trips overseas / Travel Fairs when required.
- To
assist with inspection visits and outside duties with groups when in Malta as
necessary.
- To
carry out other associated duties within the scope of normal flexibility
including providing support to the rest of the company as required.
- To
ensure a high quality/standard of work and service throughout.
- To
perform any other duties which may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- have a very strong command of written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish languages (other languages are appreciated)
- be able to work independently
- be computer literate and well organized;
- be able to work flexible hours and must be willing to travel overseas.
- be hardworking and good with people
Candidates with experience within the tourism industry will be given a preference
