Jr/Mid/Sr - DevOps Engineer

Manpower is seeking to recruit a DevOps Engineer to join our client's team.

Requirements:

Must Have

Knowledge of how a version control system works
Knowledge in how web servers work, CDNs and reverse proxies
Good Linux server knowledge Ubuntu, Amazon Linux, CentOS
Good knowledge of Bash and shell scripting
Experience with at least one of the below skill and technology stacks:
- Log Collection and Analysis (ie: ELK, Datadog, Splunk)
- Containerization Technologies (ie: Docker, ContainerD)
- Kubernetes

Considered a Plus

Worked with distributed systems before
Certification with one of the major cloud platforms
Experience with one of the major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure, IBM)
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and tooling that goes with it (Circle CI, TeamCity, GitHub Actions, Octopus, Jenkins, etc.)
Background in software development languages like NodeJS, C#, GoLang
Infrastructure as code tooling (ex: Terraform, Ansible).
Best practices in securing Web and Restful APIs (WAF)
Experience in managing and deploying applications and services with Kubernetes
Experience in managing Kubernetes clusters (on-premise or hosted) and distributions
Experience using Grafana, Prometheus, and ElasticSearch
Good understanding of MySql/MariaDB, PostgreSQL databases
Understanding and diagnosing issues from application logs
