Tendering Executive

A leading company specializing in the importation, promotion, and distribution of pharmaceutical products and medical devices, renowned for its exemplary track record, invites applications for the role of Tender Executive, to be filled on a full-time basis.

The ideal candidate will join our dynamic Tendering team and will be responsible for a range of tasks and procedures. 

Key qualifications and competencies include:

Proficiency in IT, particularly in Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities.

Excellent command of English and Mathematics.

Meticulous attention to detail and a diligent work ethic.

Intrinsic motivation and a commitment to continuous learning and enhancement.

Daily responsibilities will encompass:

Drafting and compiling tender documents.

Managing tender documentation and administrative duties.

Actively contributing to the decision-making process regarding tender submissions.

Adhering to established approval protocols to ensure authorized and timely tender submissions.

Maintaining effective communication with suppliers.

Assisting and backing to colleagues to optimize team productivity and efficiency.

Liaising with counterparts in the National Health Service.
