Process Management Executive
Responsibilities:
Identifying Areas for Improvement:
- Work closely with stakeholders.
- Organise engaging process workshops.
- Bring cross-functional teams together.
- Encourage brainstorming and innovative solutions.
- Observe operations firsthand.
- Review documentation related to current procedures.
- Gather essential information for effective workflow.
- Review existing processes.
- Identify bottlenecks, weaknesses, inefficiencies, or outdated practices.
- Create detailed AS IS process models.
Review Process:
- Discuss process changes and enhancements with business.
- Gather requirements for enhancements.
- Streamline processes, reduce costs, and implement sustainable improvements.
- Design TO BE workflows, often involving automation.
- Implement Process Changes:
- Collaborate with stakeholders for successful implementation of the TO BE Process.
- Collaborate to align goals, address concerns, and make informed decisions during the implementation phase.
Regular Assessment:
- Continuously monitor the effects of process changes.
- Identify any deviations from expected outcomes through regular assessments.
- Collect relevant data by using KPIs to measure improvements.
