Shipping Executive
Job Summary:
The Shipping Executive will oversee the end-to-end process of consignment management, from order placement to unloading at our stores. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and effective communication with suppliers, freight companies, government departments, and internal stakeholders. The Shipping Executive will ensure timely and efficient handling of shipments, adherence to regulatory requirements, and coordination of payments and documentation.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar shipping or logistics role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for order and documentation management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve organizational goals.
- Flexibility to handle a high volume of orders and adapt to changing priorities.
Working Conditions:
- This position operates in an office environment with regular communication with suppliers, freight companies, and government agencies.
- Standard office hours are between 7am-3pm
