Manpower is seeking to recruit an E-Commerce Specialist
Responsibilities
are responsible for revenue, performance and conversion of the Group's digital channels and for increasing bookings for all hotels and workspaces, primarily via the Ruby websites
coordinate all traffic-generating channels (Affiliate, CPC, Meta, etc.) and take responsibility for SEM with a focus on SEO and all international SEA activities including budget responsibility
create reports and analyse the performance of our the Group channels using key figures such as page views, and bounce rates via Google Analytics as well as other web analysis tools and heat maps and derive optimizations to improve the user experience and increase conversion
are responsible for the optimization of landing pages and booking engines in close cooperation the Content, as well as the Systems & Innovations team, and develop general sales promotion measures and work closely with the People & Culture team to guarantee the best possible applicant journey
Requirements
completed training or a degree in the field of business administration or (digital) marketing or similar
at least five years' experience in e-commerce, an affinity for numbers and are well-versed in digital marketing
web analysis is part of your daily work routine outstanding communication and organisational skills and you are perceived both as an expert in your field and a person of trust
a high level of empathy for the target group and find it easy to understand the purpose of activities and decisions and communicate accordingly
a passion for brands, design, and new trends
a perfect command of German and English both spoken and written
