Group Digital Marketing Manager
Manpower is seeking to recruit a Group Manager for Digital Marketing. The group's central marketing department is responsible for all tasks in the areas of communication, digital marketing, e-commerce, print, and advertising media as well as brand development.
Responsibilities:
- are responsible for the digital brand presence of the Group on its own websites (Hotels, Workspaces, & Lean Luxury)
- are in charge of the further development and expansion of the Ruby websites in terms of brand stories, technical features and functions, brand, user and candidate experience as well as increasing brand loyalty and leads
- design and develop brand-relevant campaigns & storytelling and implement them via websites and newsletters in direct cooperation with the marketing team (e.g. promos, black Friday, opening specials, social responsibility, sustainability)
- are responsible for the coordination and project management on the one hand, and the implementation of the digital opening plan with all associated measures when hotels and workspaces go live
- are the contact person for external agencies and internal stakeholders including regular reporting
- are in control of the performance and conversions of the websites to increase booking by increasing booking numbers, optimizing SEO measures, evaluating Google Analytics and other tracking systems and deducing resulting optimizations
- work closely with the Systems & innovation team to (further) develop and implement tracking concepts, and website optimizations
- are in charge of the implementation of a CRM system and consequently a personalized sales concept
- lead the strategic design and implementation of a loyalty program to increase customer loyalty and guest satisfaction
- are in direct exchange with the recruiting team for the implementation of new application methods, candidate journeys and the development, expansion and maintenance of the company's own career website
Requirements
- a completed training or a degree in the field of business administration or (digital) marketing or similar
- at least three years of experience in digital marketing and managing external stakeholders
- Well-versed in topics such as CMS and newsletter marketing, while lifestyle brands or design programs are nothing new to you
- outstanding communication and organisational skills and you are perceived as an expert in your field and a person of trust
- a high level of empathy for the target group and sensitivity for premium lifestyle brands and their further development
- a passion for brands, design and new trends
- a perfect command of German and English both spoken and written
