Manpower is seeking to recruit a Technical Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitoring: Constantly monitor system health, report anomalies and conduct troubleshooting.
Server Management: Setup and maintenance of Windows Servers, scaling with your level of expertise.
Networking: Monitor firewalls and perform basic administration tasks, such as setting up VPN users.
Active Directory: Manage user access, roles, and system security.
O365 / Exchange Server: Administration of O365 & Microsoft Exchange services.
Virtualization: Work with various hypervisors, including VMware and Hyper-V.
Client Support: Provide tiered technical support to clients, from basic to advanced issues.
Team Collaboration: Work alongside other departments for project execution, coordinating as needed.
Requirements
Skills and competence in Microsoft Windows Server & Workstations, Exchange, Active Directory & Hypervisors will be considered as an asset.
