Storekeeper

POSITION SUMMARY

Take control of the heartbeat of operations. As a Storekeeper, you're the gatekeeper of stock integrity—ensuring every item is stored, tracked, and issued with precision while upholding strict Health & Safety and brand standards. This role demands sharp attention to detail, strong organisation, and the confidence to maintain full control of inventory operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage storage, issuing, and tracking of all stock items
• Process and record all requisitions and stock movements accurately and on time
• Maintain clean, safe, and organised storage areas
• Monitor stock levels, avoid shortages/overstocking, and flag reorder needs
• Ensure accurate system updates (e.g. Adaco) and complete month-end processes
• Conduct stock checks, rotation, and expiry monitoring to minimise wastage
• Support goods receiving and purchasing activities when required
• Maintain strong communication with Purchasing, Finance, and internal departments
• Assist with stock takes and inventory control
• Drive efficiency by reducing wastage, breakages, and discrepancies

PROFILE

• Experience in Stores, Goods Receiving, or Purchasing (hospitality preferred)
• Strong IT skills (Excel, inventory systems)
• Good analytical and numerical ability
• Reliable, detail-oriented problem solver with a proactive mindset
• Ability to handle physical work and flexible hours
