Security Services Officer

Manpower is seeking a Security Services Officer on behalf of one of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process corporate actions such as dividends, mergers, and rights issues.
• Manage securities settlements, ensuring trades are matched and completed accurately.
• Uphold compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
• Act as a point of contact with clients, custodians, and internal teams.
• Support reporting, record-keeping, and audits.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and share expertise.
