Key Responsibilities
- ERP Operations: Manage daily ERP activities, monitor performance, handle backups, and implement security protocols.
- User Support: Provide technical assistance, training, and documentation for end-users.
- System Enhancements: Participate in ERP upgrades, patches, and the integration of new modules.
- Data Management: Ensure accuracy, support migrations, and generate analytical reports.
- Project Involvement: Contribute to ERP projects from planning to execution.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure adherence to policies and recommend system improvements.
What Youll Bring
- Diploma in IT/Computer Studies (or equivalent).
- 2+ years of ERP experience (SAP and/or Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
- Good understanding of ERP systems, with SQL/database skills as a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving ability.
- Proactive, motivated team player with a can-do attitude.
- Willingness to be on-call and take initiative in critical situations.
- Fluent in English.
