Overview
Manpower is seeking to recruit a Warehouse Coordinator to join our client's team. The Warehouse Assistant supports the Warehouse Coordinator in all daily warehouse operations and equipment handling. This role focuses on preparing and maintaining materials for events, ensuring items are in good condition, and following the companys safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in gathering, packing, and dispatching equipment for events.
Check and maintain returned equipment, ensuring everything is clean and in good condition.
Help track inventory and restock consumables as needed.
Keep the warehouse organized and compliant with health and safety rules.
Support the upkeep, minor maintenance, and cleanliness of warehouse equipment.
Use any required warehouse systems or tools under the guidance of the Warehouse Coordinator.
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills in English (Maltese is a plus).
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
Valid driving license (C or C1 is advantageous).
Team player with a positive attitude.
