Chief Financial Officer

Summary
Manpower is seeking to recruit a Chief Financial Officer, responsible for overseeing our client's financial status, developing financial strategies, implementing control systems to protect assets, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies.

• Oversee budgetary planning, financial forecasting, and financial risk management.

• Manage financial reporting and ensure compliance with Regulations and Authority guidelines.

• Lead the Finance department and oversee accounting activities.

• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain relationships with regulators.

• Manage capital structure, cash flow, and fundraising initiatives.

• Collaborate with the CEO and executive team on strategic direction.

• Foster relationships with banks, financial institutions, and stakeholders.

• Implement corporate governance practices and manage financial risks.

• Serve as liaison with the Board of Directors and prepare financial reports.

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with the Schemes (VISA and Mastercard).

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field (Master or CPA/ACCA preferred).

• Minimum 10 years of finance experience, with 5 years in senior leadership, ideally within the payments industry.

• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

• In-depth knowledge of the Regulatory and Compliance landscape and Scheme regulations.
