4. This converter does NOT support 4k HDMI signal input. If you are using some latest source devices with HDMI 4K output, you MUST change the output resolution of your device to 1920*1080P or other lower resolution output. Otherwise, this converter will not work for you.

5. Please make sure the PAL/NTSC switch on the converter is set to correct position. If you are in the United Kingdom, please set it to PAL.

3.This converter does NOT support 4k HDMI signal input. If you are using some latest devices with HDMI 4K output(such as PS4 Pro, Xbox One S, Roku ultra, Roku Streaming Stick+, Roku Premiere+, All-new Fire TV, etc), you MUST change the output resolution of your signal device to 1920*1080P or other lower resolution output.

4.Please make sure the PAL/NTSC switch on the converter is set to correct position. If you are in the United States,please set to NTSC.
